DESCRIPTION:The 5K Walk/Run will take place on Friday\, July 4\, 2025\, at 8:00 am. $25 Celebrate the Fourth of July holiday and the American farmer with some fitness and fun. This event is in memory of Mark Hohn who lost his life in a farming accident. The proceeds will go to the Mark Hohn Hoof Hauler Scholarship fund at Mitchell Technical College where each year a $1000 scholarship is awarded to student pursuing a degree in agriculture. This family-friendly event will begin at 8:00 am at The Resurrection Lutheran Church (waiting to solidify the location)and take participants through the north side of Mitchell Lake. Show your patriotism and your love for the good ol' USA farmer! REGISTER BY JUNE 11TH TO GET A T-SHIRT WITH YOUR REGISTRATION. Online registration will close on July 3rd.
