The Mitchell Area Chamber of Commerce presents a Workforce Workshop with Mike Henke on Wednesday, May 12 at the Highland Conference Center from 10 a.m. - Noon. The focus of this training will be "Workforce the Next 10 Years & How to Thrive!"

The workforce crisis that we face will be more challenging in the future, so our eyes need to be open for what is ahead! Hear what we can do to best utilize our current workforce, how to be proactive to analyze your organization and how we can adapt to attract and develop quality talent in the future.

• Retention- The new 3 keys to retention are shared as employee turnover will be more costly than ever with a shrinking workforce
• Succession Planning- How do you build bench strength and be proactive in filling key positions
• Culture- Hear how to keep up to the changing desires of the new workforce, increasing engagement and being attractive to new hires
