Oscar Howe Birthday Party
Community members and visitors are invited to celebrate the birthday of Mitchell’s artist, Oscar Howe (1915-1983). During the celebration, the Carnegie Resource Center will unveil three art pieces never seen in a gallery before, gifted by Richard Weller. The party is set to begin at 2 p.m. at the Carnegie Resource Center, 119 W. 3rd Ave.
