Harvest Crew Member

2–3 people needed daily (schedule may rotate) Some weekend work required Job Summary: We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to assist with fall harvest. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has an agricultural or mechanical background, and is comfortable with hands-on work.

Responsibilities:
Assist with daily harvest operations
Operate and maintain farm equipment (training provided if needed)
Perform light mechanical tasks and troubleshoot minor issues
Handle physical tasks such as lifting, moving, and loading materials
Work safely in an outdoor, fast-paced environment

Requirements:
Agricultural or mechanical experience preferred (not required)
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends
Dependable and safety-conscious
