Night-Shift Sheet Metal Fabrication
Position: Night-Shift Sheet Metal Fabrication
Hours: Monday through Thursday
4:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m.
This position is based in Mitchell, South Dakota.
This is NOT a remote or hybrid position.
What will you do?
| Set up and operate sheet metal and tubing cutting and forming equipment, ensuring all parts are correct dimensionally and of good quality. |

| 4.1.1. Interpret engineering drawings and BOMs to determine material requirements and task sequences | |||||||
| 4.1.2. Select the correct computer program to cut/form/bend the needed parts | |||||||
| 4.1.3. Perform required bending/cutting/deburring/forming of metal | |||||||
| 4.1.4. Verify conformance of finished component to engineering drawings and requirements | |||||||
| 4.1.5. Fill out all paperwork/or computerized documentation required (i.e. quality checklist, etc.) | |||||||
| 4.1.6. Maintain clean and organized workstation by sweeping and cleaning up shavings and transporting items on a smooth surface |

| 4.1.7. Use of hand tools, power tools, manual and automated machines and equipment | |||||||
| 4.1.8. Operates one or more production machines, if trained | |||||||
| 4.1.9. Perform daily maintenance and checks on equipment and make Supervisor/Maintenance aware of any issues/delays |

| 4.1.10. Provide ongoing support to ensure Enertech goals and Core Values are being met | |||||||
| 4.1.11. Aware and support Management System Policy and Objectives for all ISO Management Systems (QMS, OHSM and EMS) |

| 4.1.12. Continually work to improve our Management systems for all ISO Management Systems (QMS, OHSM, and EMS) |

| 4.1.13. Other duties, tasks, and responsibilities that may be assigned | |||||||
| 4.2.1. Operate jib crane and/ or forklift to load and unload parts from the CNC turret punching machine | |||||||
| 4.2.2. Able to work and perform job requirements with some supervision | |||||||
| 4.2.3. Use of Nesting Software a plus | |||||||
| 4.3.2. Operates all production machines | |||||||
| 4.3.4. Able to work and perform job requirements without close supervision | |||||||
| 4.3.5. Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities | |||||||
| 4.3.6. Able to effectively explain and answer questions related to the operation of the department | |||||||
