Meat Department Cleaning Associate - Part-Time
Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization within the meat department according to store policies.
Hours are typically 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. 5-7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize meat room preparation areas, equipment to include slicers, grinders, saws, and floors
- Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed for cleaning
- Report low levels of cleaning and sanitizing materials
- Observe policies and procedures established for the department
- Observe all state health regulations
- Assume additional duties as required
- Be able to work independently
- Be able to work evenings and weekends
- Be able to lift and move heavy objects
- Have a knowledge of cleaning chemicals
- Be dependable, honest, and responsible
