Assistant Manager Position Summary The Assistant Manager supports front-of-house and back-of-house operations during the launch phase. This role assists with customer service, cashiering, donation processing, merchandising, opening/closing coverage, and volunteer support while maintaining a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.
